Bexhill Triathlon 2011 is now open for entries
It will be the second year the Lions have organised the Bexhill Triathlon.
The event will be held on May 29 2011 and race director David Burstow describes it as “a course with real potential for setting your personal best!”

The Bexhill Lions Triathlon is a standard sprint distance triathlon, with a 750m sea swim, 20km road cycle and a 5km promenade run.
With very little undulation throughout, David says this race provides the perfect setting for both first-timers to the sport and experienced triathletes.
The event is open to competitors from the age of 13 upwards (age taken on December 31, 2011), with a much shorter course available for those aged 16 and under.

These events will be chip-timed and inclusive, where possible, for those with special needs.
All profits generated by the Triathlon will be donated to charity. Receiving donations will be the club’s nominated charities, the same chosen for 2010.
They are Sussex Air Ambulance, St Michael’s Hospice and Bexhill Lions Charitable Trust Fund.
