Horsham MP helps Samaritans in town collection
Although the bitingly cold weather kept many people indoors those who did venture out donated a very generous £808 to the local branch.
Jeremy said how touched he was by the number of people who said they had been helped in the past by contacting Samaritans.

Hide AdNew branch director, Roger Dugdale, said: “We are very grateful to Jeremy for giving up his time to help us and especially grateful to all those who generously donated to us on Saturday.
“Our branch is responsible for all its own funding and this will help us enormously in keeping our service open for our callers.”
Samaritans vision is to reduce the number of deaths by suicide. Their new free to call telephone number, 116 123, is part of this vision.
