Ifield Society’s ‘Eeyore’s Eyesores’ Ramblette took place last Saturday (‘Eyesores will be highlighted’, WSCT Letters, June 25).

Eeyore and his intrepid walking friends passed at least 20 Homes and Communities Agency (HCA) eyesores in Ifield Brook Meadows (HCA’s ‘Private Land’ signs).

HCA have promised to take down the offending signs.

Yes, and we saw flying pigs landing at Gatwick.
