Westfield Spring Tidy: A huge thank you to the thirty-plus volunteers, including quite a few children, who came out on last Saturday to help with the Village Spring Tidy. They managed to fill about twenty bags with all sorts of rubbish from a really old transformers toy to a tent! They also cleared a lot of branches that had come down in the Recreation Ground and Churchyard during the recent storms.
Services at Westfield Parish Church: on Sunday are Holy Communion at 8am and Morning Praise at 10am. The weekly Lent meetings continue in the church each Wednesday at 7.30pm, so come to any meeting for praise, prayer and Bible study. The new boiler is working, so services are back in a nice warm church after two months of meeting in the hall.
