Travel adaptor recalled due to fire and shock fears

A travel adaptor available from high-street store Game has been recalled due to fears it could cause fires and electric shocks.

Following the warning, issued by industry body Electrical Safety First, Game is removing Charge Worx International Travel Adaptors from its shelves.
