Burgess Hill Town and Ian Chapman parted company today (Friday) and it's been a rollercoaster six and a bit seasons.

After spells at Whitehawk, Brighton and Hove Albion and Lewes in management and coaching roles, Chapman took over Burgess Hill Town as manager in 2012 when they were in the Ryman League South. You can see a slideshow of pictures from Ian Chapman's career at the club above

In his first full season in charge, the former Albion defender took them to an eighth place finish, before they missed out on the play offs by just two points the following season.
