That was the reaction from members of Horsham and District Indoor Bowls Club at their first competitive fun event since lockdown and reopening. Eighteen players fought it out to be the Last Man Standing in a light-hearted competition slightly adapted from the norm to stay within Covid-19 secure guidelines, though inevitably some retired to the socially distanced bar earlier than others.
